  • A: You can help by completing a candidate petition form and spreading the word! This allows Tyler to qualify for the ballot without relying on large filing fees and ensures the campaign is powered by the community.

  • A: You have two options to submit before May 11, 2026:

    1. Mail or deliver it directly to your county Supervisor of Elections (SOE) for verification (recommended)

    2. Send it to our campaign address (PO Box 6058, Pensacola, FL 32503), and we will submit it on your behalf with a confirmation of accepted/denied from the SOE

    Submitting directly to your county SOE is the fastest way to have your petition verified.

  • A: It depends based on your county. If you can’t figure out which SOE to send to, please contact us and we’ll help direct you based on your county.

  • A: No. Only registered voters who live in Florida’s Congressional District 1 can submit valid petitions for this race. This includes Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, and parts of Walton county.

  • A: Yes. All petitions must be received and verified by the Supervisor of Elections before the official deadline of 12:00PM EST (Noon), May 11, 2026. We encourage you to submit as early as possible and no later than May 1, 2026.

  • A: Yes. You can download, print, sign, and mail your petition directly to your county’s Supervisor of Elections, or use the pre-filled petition available below. Please ensure that your signature matches the one used on your voter registration; otherwise, your petition may not be counted.

    Please ensure that your filled petition includes your name as it appears on your voter registration, Tyler L. Davis as the name to appear on the ballot, No party affiliation for the party demographic, and complete and sign with your appropriate information that matches your voter registration card.
